修改了install/includes/lib_installer.php的411或者412行，记住路径一定要正确
include(ROOT_PATH . 'install/languages/' . $system_lang . '.php');
替换成
include(ROOT_PATH . 'install/languages/zh_cn.php');
后就好了。
